Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the construction area clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
- Equipment Assistance: Assist in the operation and maintenance of basic construction tools and equipment.
- Demolition & Prep: Assist with demolition tasks and prepare surfaces for painting and finishing.
- Support Team: Provide general labor support to carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Night Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Attendance: Dependable attendance is critical for our team success.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
