Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction duties including site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions, including rain and heat.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, crew members, and other site personnel.
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assisting with concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety instructions.
- Must possess a valid driverβs license (preferred but not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
