Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, digging, and trenching.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of the construction site and disposal of waste.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as required.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Basic ability to read and follow verbal or written instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
