Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, safety instructions, and site plans.
- Support project timelines by working efficiently, diligently, and adhering to schedules.
- Perform minor site preparation tasks such as digging, trenching, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet) and on uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
