Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Clean and prepare work areas before and after shifts.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements to support crew lead.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
