Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials (wood, concrete, tools) to work areas safely.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and standing on feet.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is required; we are looking for eager candidates ready to be trained.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Attention to Detail: Basic understanding of safety standards and site organization.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
