What You'll Do
As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your tasks will vary but include assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for daily tasks.
- Assist with basic site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Operate simple hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or carts.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas to keep the site organized.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (but not required).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
