Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting support.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. (We will train you!)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Must be available for part-time shifts.
