- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain job site safety protocols and organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Support general labor duties including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and physical demands
Qualifications
- No construction experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions
