Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging, and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including hauling, mixing concrete, and carrying supplies.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic tasks and measurements.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping and organizing the site at the end of the day.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards manual labor.
