Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and pressure washers, under supervision.
- Perform digging, trenching, and general site preparation for new builds or renovations.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and wear required safety gear.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
