Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them at the job site for efficient use.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting of materials to ensure project specifications are met.
- Demolition and site preparation as directed by the project foreman or superintendent.
- Assist in heavy lifting and carrying of construction materials throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines strictly.
