Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, or painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Perform minor measurements and calculations as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple measurements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide training!
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
