Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, drywall, concrete, and other building materials safely.
- Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced foremen.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Support Trades: Provide assistance to carpenters, electricians, and masons as needed.
- Transportation: Help transport heavy equipment and materials to and from the site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We offer paid on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and excellent attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Safety Conscious: Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
