Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Support Trades: Provide support to skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for the team.
- Documentation: Help with basic site documentation and time tracking as required.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended hours.
- Documentation: Must have a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Footwear: Steel-toed boots are preferred (not mandatory but recommended).
