Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or manual labor as required.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist Tradespeople: Support electricians, carpenters, and masons with various tasks on the job site.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong track record of showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
