Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians) with daily on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts and skid steers, under direct supervision.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform essential manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and site preparation.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions provided by foremen or project managers.
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and reliability on every shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
