Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Help with excavation, digging, and foundation preparation.
- Transport tools and supplies between job sites.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
