Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Follow all site safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform basic digging, leveling, and site preparation as directed.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Must possess a valid ID and reliable transportation.
