Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision to perform basic construction tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and safety checks.
- Adherence to Safety: Strictly follow OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety regulations at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete timecards and daily logs as required by project management.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over specific history.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to various job sites.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members.
- Attention to Detail: Willingness to learn proper techniques and follow instructions carefully.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
