Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the site foreman.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Assist in demolition tasks and general cleanup duties to prepare sites for construction.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all candidates from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be punctual.
- Safety Mindset: Must be willing to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
