Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and carry them to the work area efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
