Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Complete daily progress reports and assist with inventory management
- Adapt to various project environments including residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
