Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, marking boundaries, and setting up safety barriers.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic measurements and site measurements to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
