Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Hand Tools: Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools correctly and safely.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform light demolition and site cleanup duties to maintain high standards.
- Transportation: Operate heavy machinery or vehicles (like forklifts) once certified by the company.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level candidates; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history with a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to understand and follow safety protocols.
