Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) and power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying materials
- Adhere to construction schedules and supervisor instructions
- Participate in on-the-job training for equipment operation and techniques
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
