Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, excavating, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including digging, hauling, and mixing concrete.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior construction experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
