Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow all site safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
