Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain organized work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and task assistance
- Participate in building foundation, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
