Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting heavy materials, and transporting supplies.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize storage areas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project managers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training is provided for the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
