Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and preparation of construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific instructions.
- Transport heavy materials using dollies, hand trucks, or forklifts when necessary.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and general labor.
- Read and interpret basic site plans and safety signage.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- No prior construction experience is required; full training is provided.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
