Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, concrete work, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Dig, level, and prepare surfaces for foundations and paving.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance duties.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we train you.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to measure and estimate quantities accurately.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively as part of a crew.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
