Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, hammers, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support team members in completing daily project milestones
- Participate in job site cleanup and waste disposal procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
