Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack lumber, bricks, and heavy materials safely.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (skid steers, forklifts) under direct supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Trade Assistance: Support carpenters, masons, and electricians with various manual tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and a positive work history.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
