- Site Assistance: Support project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work areas.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic machinery and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Cleanup & Safety: Maintain a clean job site and strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks to help complete construction projects on time.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and available for the full duration of the project.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
