Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a crew leader.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe worksite.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
