Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials and supplies on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, framing, and general cleanup.
- Perform basic site maintenance, including sweeping, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
