Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations, including carpentry, painting, and demolition.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as cleaning, hauling debris, and moving materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Load and unload construction materials efficiently to keep the project on schedule.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
