Responsibilities
- Perform general construction site duties, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Signal equipment operators and communicate effectively with the team.
- Transport materials between job sites using carts or dollies.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
