Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as carrying materials, digging, and cleaning work areas.
- Load and unload construction equipment, tools, and materials from trucks.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in cutting materials as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we are willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
