Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and job site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation.
- Support excavation, framing, and finishing tasks as directed by the Site Superintendent.
- Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we offer paid training.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
