What You Will Do:
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and power tools.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and various building materials.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations.
