Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials to job sites.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety diagrams.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
