Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per construction specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Assist with concrete pours and finish work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
