Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading tools and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform demolition, excavation, and foundation prep tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on project tasks
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
