Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers) with proper training
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Perform demolition, excavation, and debris removal duties
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and ability to work in team environments
- Available for flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends)
