Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform debris removal and basic cleanup to ensure safety compliance
- Follow OSHA guidelines and report safety hazards to supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâfull training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Philadelphia
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
