We're seeking reliable part-time construction laborers to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks (framing, concrete work, etc.)
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate in team settings
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
