Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Complete cleanup and waste management duties daily
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions
- Flexibility to work mornings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Prefer 6+ months construction or labor experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
