Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and tools safely at job locations
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and dispose of waste properly
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete basic site cleanup and daily equipment checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with construction cleanup or similar labor preferred
